    Im not from the states but any city council dropping $7m w/o an appraisal seems like a pretty major rookie error..

    Maybe it will be a job training center for the homeless. Teach them to be Ifly tunnel coaches! Most of those Ifly guys look like they were dwelling challenged at some point in their lives. WTF San Diego? What's next? An abandoned Chucky Cheese to become a dialysis center? Too funny. Glad it's not my tax dollars!
