Chris and Karim provide an insight into getting a great shot from all orientations, drawing on their experiences flying outside camera for freefly and tracking of large and small, freestyle and VFS skydiving. This seminar is aimed at camerflying newbies and novices who are interested in beginning their freefly camera journey, those who are just curious and the posers who would like some insight into life on the other side of the lens!
About the speakers:
Karim’s interest in photography is long-held, a passion that preceded skydiving. As he gained freefly experience, it was natural to combine his hobbies and document the kick-ass jumps he was making. He’s got about 200 jumps of dedicated freefly outside camera and he’s a photography protégé who knows there’s endless amounts to learn.
Chris has been skydiving for 10 years, and he has been competing in freestyle and VFS as the cameraflyer for the last two of them. He has won a range of medals in both disciplines, including bronze in freestyle at the recent BPA Nationals. He has cheated his way to greatness by the generosity of his bank manager and the credit card he has put his tunnel time on.
