rim is 9’9″
Lower back has been in pain for a couple weeks now. warming up was really tough but after i get going it loosens up.
I want to be as healthy as possible for dunk camp so really focusing on that. day 1 of camp is in 6 days (Monday the 18th)
I was light lifting and doing plyos but skipped it today to let my body rest and dunked as my plyos. Did some back and abs just because those muscles are easier to train and not as taxing on my body
