Great tips! This video definitely deserves more views! I personally prefer training alone without music, because I can hear my landings better that way, but with music is fun sometimes too! I really like what you said about not forcing yourself or others to try something… great advice in life more generally as well as in parkour.

Love you Marc S2 these tips are the most important things in parkour for me aswell, and I found that even if you know them, you need to be reminded of them to grow even more, having fun moving in any way, not trying to progress, and the training alone have been some of the greatest lessons I've learned.
Hope to jump with you again soon and congratz for the 10 years 🙂

I prefer training without Music marc! I hav so much music in my job and alldaylife, so parkour should be free of it <3
